Poem

Sitting in a car eating a peach.

Hoping that the popping noise coming from the pit

really isn’t my tooth cracking.

Mourning

ephemeral sunrise
fast fading beauty yet dims
celestial blossom

sunrise

Another

snowflakes stuck, clinging
desperately holding on
slowly melting down

Disappearing Snow

glitter fades brightly
shallow rivers run swiftly
ah, how the snow melts

Technical Service

The telephone rings, I don’t answer.
People shuffle by, I try and look busy.
Rings again.
I sigh.
Rings again.
I look around for a manual.
Rings again.
I can’t find it.
Rings once more,
“Hello, and welcome to the technical support hotline. Please
stay on hold.”
That should take care of them.
